Gossymer’s Fandom Journal
Gossomer’s journal is mostly hp/dm recs. As she says:

The Very Best of Dark Harry is a community devoted to dark harry fanfiction.net stories. As they say, this is the “crème de la crème of thousands of Dark Harry fics. These stories stand out for being remarkably well written. Their originality and their exciting plots and twists make these fanfics a joy to read.” Last updated 3/2009.

Chronzo’s Livejournal has a good number of HPDM links to Communities, Fics, Masterlists, and author sites. The journal hasn’t been updated since 2007, but it’s still worth a view.
C’est What – Harry Potter Fic Recs by Pairing
No longer active livejournal page (last update 2008) but it has a fair number of slash recs organized by length and pairing. Still worth a look. New recs are posted to crawford_lover’s Harry Potter Bookmarks delicious account. Good use of tags.
Partial Eclipse – Harry Potter Fanfiction List of Lists
Although it hasn’t been updated since 2008, this List of Lists is an excellent portal for harry potter fanfiction stories. Her lists are organized by characters, kinks, themes, pairings, and other and they are quite extensive.

but_malfoy – Harry/Draco Fanfic Forum
Alive but not super active livejournal forum for all things harry/draco. The kink index is particularly great (see below), but the site also tags by author, title, timeline, location, rating, and the year the fic was written. Good place to ask for fic recs or try to find a fic.
This is the kink index for the but_malfoy livejournal community. It hasn’t been updated since 2007, but it contains a fairly large and inclusive listing of stories divided by the various genre kinks. The kinks are detailed and range from alcohol to yoghurt. :-)

One of the most extensive (and up-to-date) sites for Harry/Draco fanfiction out there. When I’m looking for some creature fun, this is the place I go first. All story links include summaries and a short review but no tags. Sub-sites are:
